BRIOGEO, born in New York and founded by Nancy Twine, is a popular brand that many know and love for its natural based hair products. When BRIOGEO was created, there was a determination to bring it back to basics while still offering high quality hair care collections that are naturally based, yet performance driven to provide visible results. Today's focus will be on one of their best selling leave-in conditioners: The Farewell Frizz Rosarco Milk Leave-In Conditioner Spray.

Key Ingredients: Rosehip Oil, Argan Oil, Coconut Oil

WHAT IS IT?
The Farewell Frizz Rosarco Milk Leave-In Conditioner is described as an ultra lightweight leave-in conditioning spray that has been fortified with a unique fusion of nourishing rosehip, argan, and coconut oils to tame frizz and detangle hair.

The Farewell Frizz Rosarco Milk Leave-In Conditioner was made with 3 key ingredients that play important roles in keeping your hair healthy:
-Rosehip Oil: protects the hair from free radical damage, and provides essential fatty acids to help control and manage frizz while balancing hair hydration
-Argan Oil: works to thoroughly condition and help with dryness, frizz, and damage all thanks to the vitamin E and essential fatty acids the oil provides
-Coconut Oil: assists with sealing in moisture and protects against breakage, environmental stressors, and excessive heat.

The formulation is described as non-greasy with a milky blend that helps support hair's softness, manageability, and moisture levels, while guarding the hair from heat. The formula can be used on either wet or dry hair, which then seals the hair cuticle to lock in moisture, restore shine, and control frizz without leaving any kind of build up residue in your hair.

WHO IS IT MARKETED FOR?
The Farewell Frizz Rosarco Milk Leave-In Conditioner is marketed for those with frizzy, dry, and/or damaged hair. The leave-in conditioning spray is excellent for anyone with straight, wavy, or curly hair and is effective for anyone with fine, medium, or thick hair texture. On top of that, the leave-in conditioner is meant to address any concerns relating to dryness, frizz, and shine (all of which are areas I need help with!)

HOW TO USE
The website suggests that you spray the leave-in conditioner on clean, damp hair with a focus on the middle to ends of hair. However, it was previously mentioned that you can spray this onto dry hair as well. Afterwards, you can blow-dry, air-dry, or style your hair as per usual.

MY THOUGHTS
For reference, my hair is long, wavy/curly, with fine texture. Dryness and frizz are two of my biggest concerns and am always looking for products that can help manage the frizz. General hair damage is also another area of concern that I always need support with. Please keep in mind that what may work for me, may not always work for others and opinions will always differ.

The Farewell Frizz Rosarco Milk Leave-In Conditioner Spray

One of the biggest claims of the Farewell Frizz Rosarco Milk Leave-In Conditioner is that it is an ultra lightweight spray. I definitely 100% agree with this. After showering, I spray this all through the length of my hair and it never feels heavy or weighed down. It also never leaves a greasy residue on my hair nor is there any nasty build up, which I am a fan of! It also has a fresh, light scent which I love. One of the most important things that I noticed was that it helped to tame my frizz to some extent, although it did not fully get rid of all my frizz (but this is pretty tough to do with my hair). Along with taming some of the frizz, my hair definitely feels softer after using it as well. To add to that, I do notice a shine to my hair after using the spray and styling it, which I can't be mad at it. Is the shine blinding? No, but it is a nice subtle shine. I also notice that it helps to keep in the moisture that my hair already has, although it does not necessarily add any extra moisture to my hair. But I will say though, I almost never use a single hair care product on its own and always tend to combine at least two products together to achieve what I am looking for. In addition, I always use hair masks at least once a week if not more to help add moisture to my hair and repair any damage. However, having said that, I do like the results this leave-in conditioning spray produced. In a nutshell, it did help tame my frizz some, it did add a subtle shine, scent is pleasant and fresh, it does not weigh down my hair, it is not greasy, it helps to keep SOME of the moisture locked in, and it made my hair soft. All things that I love and welcome with any hair product!!! Overall, I actually liked this leave-in conditioner and I do plan on continuing to use it. The question is: would I recommend this to others? For sure! It never hurts to try new things, but I would recommend pairing this product with another hair care product (e.g., an oil or another leave in conditioner) to really optimize the effects.
