JUICE BEAUTY, founded by Karen Behnke, was established in 2005 with an impossible goal of creating organic and natural formulations that perform as well as conventional beauty products while never compromising the luxurious experience. The revolutionary formulas were created with antioxidant and vitamin-rich organic botanical juice bases, rather than petroleum derivatives or added water. Fast forward to today, the brand has managed to escalate through fame via celebrity mentions and media awards.

I have never tried any products by JUICE BEAUTY. Therefore, I am writing about this product from an unbiased perspective. The focus of today's review will be on the Stem Cellar Anti-Wrinkle Moisturizer & Overnight Cream.

WHAT IS IT?

What is the Stem Cellar Anti-Wrinkle Moisturizer & Overnight Cream? It is a duo that has been crafted to reduce the look of fine lines and wrinkles. By day, the Stem Cellar Anti-Wrinkle Moisturizer provides the skin with a splash of hydration with the help of antioxidant-rich organic jojoba & shea. However, by night, the Stem Cellar Anti-Wrinkle Overnight Cream works to reduce the appearance of deep lines and wrinkles with ceramides, olive-derived squalane, and nocturnal flower extracts.

The featured ingredients include:

-Fruit Stem Cells and Vitamin C which aides in improving the appearance of skin tone and luminosity.

-Resveratrol-Rich Grapeseed which helps to fight free radicals
-Olive-Derived Squalene which delivers intense moisture and hydration to the skin

For those of you who do not know and strive for an eco-friendly world, the set comes in recyclable packaging! To add to this, the Stem Cellar Anti-Wrinkle Moisturizer also has an airless container that protects the Vitamin C that has been mixed into the cream.

WHO IS IT FOR?

This duo can be used by those with normal, dry, combination, or oily skin types. However, it has been specially made for those with concerns relating to pores and uneven skin tone, both of which are areas of concern for me. In addition to that, it is also recommended for individuals looking to combat any fine lines and wrinkles or for those who are looking for hydrating treatments that work to replenish the skin's natural moisture (this would also be me). 

For reference, I have a normal skin type that becomes more normal to dry in the winter months. I often struggle with the look of pores, uneven skin tone, and occasional dryness. I always look for something that helps with brightening the skin as well. 

HOW TO USE

For the Stem Cellualr Anti-Wrinkle Moisturizer, apply a generous amount to the neck and face after cleansing anytime during the day.
For the Stem Cellar Anti-Wrinkle Overnight Cream, apply this rich cream to the face and neck every night after cleansing.

MY THOUGHTS

What did I think about this combo? Let's first talk about the day time moisturizer. The packaging for the day moisturizer is so very ideal especially during these pandemic times! Keeps it hygienic. Considering the fact that it is currently winter, my skin becomes fairly dry. However, I found that the day time moisturizer gave me the necessary level of moisture and hydration that I need for day time wear (even during these winter months). On top of that, the product absorbs into the skin fairly quickly and it doesn't leave a tacky/sticky residue. In addition, I found that the product sits nicely under makeup. I don't find my makeup clinging onto any dry patches. The moisturizer also gives me a light luminous look, which I don't mind. My skin did not break out either after using this product for a couple of weeks. If anything, it definitely made my skin look healthier. Both products have a light citrus scent to them, which I personally do not mind. But please keep this in mind before purchasing if scents do bother you!!

How about the overnight cream? Same light citrus scent. Again, I do not mind. But, man, is this cream much thicker in consistency than the moisturizer. I typically apply this overnight cream after showering in the evening. The product pairs really well with any serum as well. The following morning, my skin looks radiant, healthy, soft, supple, and well hydrated. I did not break out with this product either despite it being a bit heavier on the skin. Furthermore, yes it is slightly heavier on the skin, but no, it doesn't leave a thick, disgusting, greasy residue on the skin. This, for me, is really important as I typically do not like products that make your skin feel this way. As for the wrinkles, I am not really sure if it is really doing anything to minimize the appearance of wrinkles. But I do notice an overall improvement in the look of skin tone and luminosity. Overall, I can definitely see myself repurchasing these two products and I definitely recommend using them as a pair! The only downside to purchasing these products together or separately is that they are fairly pricey compared to other alternatives. Finally, these products are certified "clean" beauty products as well :)
